Rain delivery service is poorly managed

I am using rain with two sim cards and a router, recently I lost one sim card and requested a replacement, which is a service they offer to their existing customers. I am now dancing to their song "re-escalation of the matter and sim card will be delivered within 3-5 working days" which is now over a month. This service is extremely poor and bad, paying for half the package offered is frustrating.
