Rain delivery non existent

I ordered a 5g router on the 13th of March 2023 and paid for the prorate amount for the rest of March. Now on the 24th of March after multiple attempts to get clarity on the delivery date the status of my order is still “preparing your order”.

I am based in Johannesburg and the delivery site is open 24 hours a day. The communication from the help Center on the website is non existent and there is no phone number to call to get assistance.
