Rain delivery mess up

I am highly disappointed in the service iv recieved from Rain, i can't take a whole logistics dept the whole day to figure out why i haven't received my sim card.

it took two escalations in one day and i still don't have an answer why i don't have my sim card..

I've tried for the whole day to call and sort it out still no sim card i wasn't able to work the whole week i cant even catch up during the weekend (they promised 5 working days to deliver Monday will be day 6) they failed to deliver on a promise to me a client.. it felt like they did not care.. what happens now???
