Rain Deducts Premium After Cancelation

I cancelled my Rain account, yet they deducted another month's premium. I can not reverse the payment and we have no means of getting hold of this company to refund me. I contacted them on the only number they have available, no answer. Contacted them on FB messenger, no response.
