RAIN DEDUCTS *******LY OFF BANK ACCOUNT DESPITE SUBSCRIPTION BEING CANCELLED

On the 10/05/2020, I logged a request on Rain's website to stop my internet subscription effective 31/05/2020. I received a response from Desmond Mathebula reference number *** confirming that my Rain subscription would be cancelled on 31/05/2020. Despite this, Rain have proceeded to *******ly deduct the subscription amount off my bank account today, 01/06/2020. Rain, I now demand that the deduction off my bank account is refunded with immdiate effect.
