RAIN DEDUCTING WHILE THERE WERE NO SERVICE FOR 3 MONTHS

dear community, i reported rain for deducting when there was no service rendered by them as we didnt have electricity for five months.... i wrote a review they were so quick to answer and promise to pay my money but till today nothing. they havnt fetch their sim and rooter they havent pay back the money they deducted for three months.
