Rain deducting R250.00 *******ly from my credit card

Rain have debited my card for R250.00 rand on 1st July 2020 when I have confirmation from them that the contact would be cancelled and no longer in effect on the 30th June 2020. I have reported this now 4 times and have received an automated response that I would be contacted in 24-28 hours, not happened. when i try to remove my credit card details from my profile it is not possible unless I provide new details.
