Rain deducting money without service

1. I wrote the message on my app telling them not to charge me and to pause the services as I would be paying for nothing. They rep**** with the below message saying I must remove the router from the wall socket which I did, to my surprise the R540 amount has been deducted end of March end of April end of May. 2. I went on and cancel on the app only then someone called saying they cannot pause they’ll cancel and send the people to fetch the router, that has coursed a problem again those people claim they came and never found the house, I had to call them back last week Thursday at 10:39 they started afresh asking for address which was for the hundred times, they promised to collect on Monday I took a day off but they didn’t come. 3. Yesterday I received a call asking for another opportunity to come unfortunately I was late from work, at home my son is there all the time. This is the better way for them to deduct another money next week, how can I pay for the services not rendered please help me. Happiness Molatela ***
