Rain deducting money without consent

I don't know if anyone else has an experience where Rain Internet Service Provider deducts money every month from your bank account without your consent. No debit order was signed and it is supposed to be a month-to-month where the client decides how many gigs to pay themselves not for the rain to just deduct from your bank account. We have not been using rain for 5 months as we battled so much with their network that we decided we are not going to use the services of rain, we did not sign any debit order so this is ****************!!!
