Rain deducting money out my account

This people I have sent 2 cancelation letter and yet they still deducting from my account there service is very poor they tell you it's month to month but they have been deducting 2 months I'm a single mother work hard for my money and they come amd just take my last out of my account what kind of service do they give and they extremely expensive
