Rain deducting funds ********ly!!!

we have signed up for the 4G uncapped internet package at R 479.00 per month.

Since May 2020 you have deducted R 1178.00 from my account, I cannot get hold of you to discuss this matter as you do not reply to the countless emails that I have send you and you also do not have a telephone number listed on your website.

Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue.
