Rain deducted without me using their service due to no electricity since March

Good day it so sad that i wrote a review complaining about Rain, they rep**** quickly and even called me the same day and promised to fetch their sim card and refund me for the two months that they deducted without service delivery.

i am really more disappointed now than before that's money for April and May the only thing they did was to stop deducting.
