Rain deducted my account 2 times (on the 26 and 29 February) for the router that I did not use

Rain deducted my account 2 times (on the 26 and 29 February) for the router that I did not use. The reason I didn't pay is because I have moved to a place where Rain network is not working. Also I don't remember having a contract with them. What I know is that we have a month to month contract meaning if it's not paid then they do not load data on the router.
