I tried to upgrade my service to RainOnr with RainLoop for R995 and instead of a smooth transition, they are now double-billing me for both my old R620 and new packages R995. I explicitly asked them not to charge me twice, yet here we are.To make matters worse, the "same-day delivery" I was promised for my new equipment has turned into a complete disappearing act.
