Rain deducted from my account without my permission

I stopped using rain in July, I have sent support a request for almost 3 months with no assistance. My rain package was R500 so seeing as they can't get the amount ,they debited a lesser amount. Y'all took my last money and I am a widow taking care of a sickly child.

I HAVE BEEN CALLINGG SINCE FRIDAY AND SUPPORT AGENTS HANG UP, I TRIED GOING THROUGH TO SALES AND THE PHONE JUST RINGS.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY , I USE TO LOVE RAIN BECAUSE OF THE CONNECTION NEVER HAD A PROBLEM TILL NOW.

Please PAY BACK MY MONEY I NEED TO BUY MEDICINE FOR MY SON.
