Rain

Am a stater with this network for the past month. Everything well, up until the inception of this month my bandwidth dropped drastically I am tech savy and have troubleshooted all spheres,without any resolution and NO feedback from a ticket logged. The allocated bandwidth for my subscription is extremely poor.

I have e tried all medium to resolute my enquire.
