Rain - debt collector issue

I signed up for Rain last year. It was a terrible experience. My internet only worked some of the time and was consistently down between 5pm - 7pm.

I finally cancelled the service after multiple service complaints and indicating to Rain that I was not going to pay for the final month where I could barely use the service - I HAD TO PAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL INTERNET PROVIDER DURING THIS TIME.

I now have received an email from Rain stating that they are handing me over to debt collectors. This is a terrible experience!!
