RAIN debits your account and upgrade packages as they please!!!
I signed up for the 5G standard package earlier this year, on the 1st of Aug 2020 my account was debited with R999 for the 5G premium package, I never requested for an upgrade and would like to get this resolved immediately, I also request for a refund for the mistake on their end, if this does not get resolved immediately, RAIN is in for a big surprise, watch this space.
