RAIN DEBITS SUCK
I HATE RAIN FOR THEIR STUPID DEDUCTION DATES , I MOVED MY DEBIT DATE FROM 25TH TO THE 1ST OF EVERYMONTH AND THEN THEY TRIED DEBITING ON THE 25TH AFTER I HAD TOLD THEM IN ADVANCE TO PLEASE DEDUCT ON THE 25TH. NOW THEY HAVE CUT ME OFF. I AM MOVING FROM RAIN TO VUMA ONCE,

27 Jul 2022, 10:47If that is the case, please tell me why didn't your consultant advise me when i changed the debit date ? because then i would have said make it on the last day of July. It is a really cumbersome process to change the date and inconvenience. I spoke to Naledi and Lisa which both hung up me and didnt have the decency to call me back and when i call back and get Lisa she says your SYSTEM doesn't allow THEM TO TRANSFER CLIENT when i wanted to speak to Naledi again , i mean what is that ? me keep calling in over and over again coz they hung up , doesn't that affect your service level? If I am not connected by today , i will have no choice but to move to Vuma. I AM extremely angry because this isnt the 1st time , also on the 9th of april i did request that you change my debit date and it never was.
