RAIN - Debits for unused service, no refund for 2 months deduction

Received a special promo to upgrade from 4G to 5G inclusive if 2 Rain sims. Signed up in August and informed the consultant to cancel the old sim as I do not need 2 sims for connectivity. It has been 2 months that Rain is deducting double amount for OLD & NEW sims but the OLD sim is inactive and it reflects on the myaccount sign in as inactive. Numerous calls and emails attempting to cancel the sim and get my refund but to NO LUCK. Everytime, the consultants informs that the enquiry has been escalated but the matter is not attended to in terms of my REFUND and cancellation....Just cancelled the sim on my end and await my refund. So frustrated, paying for services not used.
