Rain Debits and disconnects

This is the most shady and unprofessional service provider. They have debited the account, but have disconnected . Their call centre has no clue on how to resolve issues. They asked us for proof of payment which was sent.. and to date , nothing.. tomorrow will be a week.. extremely frustrating.
