rain debits after cancelling

I cancelled my account on the 27th of April. Confirmed fatter calling your customer service.

Money was debited from my account on 25 May. So I cancel but I don’t have any WiFi until then. So I paid for a service o couldn’t use. I want the money paid back into my account.
