Rain Debits
I requested a cancelation early(first week of August) and they sent an agent to call me to ask me why and all that i confirmed cancelation. But then end of August they tried to debit me now they are saying i am owing.
How come i cancelled and they still want a full month's premium. i am not accepting this and i am not happy.

You not even asking me to pay a portion you telling that even though i didnt use the sim card for over 2weeks or even more i still pay the same as someone who used it the same month?
