Rain debited my bank account without me having a rain profile or account & have not refunded the money

Rain are ******* as they have debited my account over R1100 without me even having an agreement with them. I have never had a rain account on my name. How do they debit my account without any authorization? I've been calling them multiple times a week, spending hours on a call with almost everyone at their call centre. I spoke to 'Gaurish' who claims to be the customer care manager, who is actually completely useless. He said that they will escalate it to accounts and call me back in 48-72 working hours. Its been over a week and still no response. Its been way over a month since this situation took place and still no feedback or refund received from Rain. Absolutely disgusting service. Please do not waste your time with Rain, they are completely useless and will debit your account for no apparent reason.
