Rain debited my account multiple times and do not want to refunding me
Rain debited my account 3x this month and giving me the run around when they have to refund my money. I have called multiple times and not not getting any help. They have given me different payment references to trace via my bank and non of them were found. This is really frustrating as the money I spend daily on calls is getting expensive!

07 Jun 2023, 17:58So Rain just tried to contact me. The person calling hung up as I was answering. Outside of office hours only one call made at 17:50 to be precise. An email was sent with the following text.
Hi Palesa,We tried to call. you. Please note the money was reversed back into your account on the 20th of May.
Cheers. Is this really the kind of help that will resolve the problem. What was the point of the escalation to the billing team? As per bank statements, no reversal was done. I want my money!

So Rain just tried to contact me. The person calling hung up as I was answering. Outside of office hours only one call made at 17:50 to be precise. An email was sent with the following text.

03 Jul 2023, 14:36So Rain sent reversal proof which my bank cannot trace. Also, rain only banked one payment. My bank won't refund and Rain are giving me the run around. It's almost two months and Rain have still not accounted or refunded my money. I'm extremely frustrated now.
