Rain debited my account for no service, twice!!!

Again, on the 4th October 2025, Rain decided to debit my account. No call from them, when I called I got a rude agent telling me I did not cancel and there will be someone who will call me in 24 hours. I am still waiting 48 hours later. I want my R625 X 2 refund!!!!
