Rain debited my account after promising a credit
You still debited my account. I would like to speak to the lady who called me and promised a credit. You did not do a refund as you previously mentioned and promised a credit. You even emailed me to confirm Now still debited my account.

I have contacted my bank to reverse the funds you are took of my card. I am also going to block you from taking anymore money

01 Jul 2024, 13:31YOU ACKNOWLEDGED TELEPHONICALLY . LOOK AT THE INVOICE. ALSO PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT TO SEE WHAT YOU TOOK OUT AT THE END OF MAY. THE LADY CALLED ME LAST MONTH AND DID NOT ADVISE ME OFF ANY OUTSTANDING AMOUNT. THE FULL AMOUNT COMES OFF AT THE AT THE END OF EACH MONTH. SERIOUSLY YOU GUYS ARE A BIG ****. THE SERVICE IS BAD.
