Rain debited my account 8times🤞🤞

Rain debited my bank account 8 times in a week this month of February 2023. I tried to contact them with email no respond. When you call them you will wait for 30min until you hangup. My router is being ******, they told me to write letter of Acknowledgment I did that still nothing from them. I quit 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
