Rain debited me after cancellation - refund needed
I cancelled my Rain account *** on 28 July 2026 and was advised that I would not be debited in August. Despite this, Rain debited my account on 20 August 2026 for R620. I called to request a refund but I am being taken from pillar to post with no resolution. I request that Rain refunds my R620 immediately as my account was already cancelled.

25 Aug 2026, 21:53You guys are ****mers I was warned about you but I kept my believe in you, after 3 or 4 people confirmed that I was incorrectly debited and you come and tell me this now I have to miss a debit order because of all of these lies, I hope you lose all clients because you guys mislead people I regret the day I joined you people
