Rain debit the customer account even after the contact is canceled
Cancelled my Rain 5G connection in November 2021, but they debiting my card.... raised many reference number but the support persons close without resolving. Even the Rain support contact for Hellopeter helped but till date the amount wasn’t credited to my account. Very very poor service....
