RAIN DEBIT ORDERS

I am using Rain internet which I have agreed with them to deduct money on the 15th of every month however every month on the 14th Rain deducts their money before my salary is paid. I have suffered bank charges of R150 every month they try to deduct money before my salary is paid. When I complain they requested me to send a bank statement which is more costs to me on top of the costs I am suffering every month. I will change this service provider for me to have peace of mind.
