Rain ******** debit orders

I have logged multiple calls to support for no connection, I was never assisted. I cancelled the subscription and still got debited for a services that were never offered. Router was returned and promised a refund. when called in last week the refund was not gonna happen. Rain is a **** and should be ashamed. This is literally theft.
