Rain debit order and package information

Rain need to attend to customers queries, 1st they didn`t debit my account on the 1st of June and then boom R500.00 was debited yesterday and on Monday I sent a query asking them if are they going to debit, how should I go about paying, there was no respond

then last night I got a message from Maxine and she explain their package, thank you for your email

Rain need to send a detailed information after you received their SIM card on how to get connected, not just message that says your SIM is activated but you struggle to use it I also struggled with that,
