Rain Debit Order

Hi I app**** for a rain service and after entering all my details which included my banking details, money was debited from my account, the amount of R479.00. I have written several emails with an attachment of my bank statement as proof and also went on their support page, but still no feedback. The debit was done on 20 April 2020. I have a sim card which I received from Cosmopolitan magazine and i registered it. I further received a positive response that the sim card was verified but, it did not work. Can I please receive a response as soon as possible as R479 is way too much money during this difficult time.
