Rain debit after canceling contract and refuse refund

I cancelled my rain subscription on the 1st of February 2026, I paid for the month of February even though I no longer used their monthly service for February. They have deducted for March and I am getting told its a month on month contract thats why I'm being billed again for March. If its a month to month contract why am I paying after canceling my contract and being given the run around for wanting my refund. I last used their services in January but still being billed in March. It makes no sense. Rain are ******
