Rain ******** debit

Hi there,not to sound like a terrible person but i will defnitely be giving my 2cents quick,Rain internet was very unstable, yes i used it for gaming aswell as the 2 sims provided which also was a story network wise,my area does not have fibre options,i then decided to cancel it as the app states to bring the equipment back in 7days i infact took it back the next day,spoke to a lady in their shop whereby i deliberately asked to make sure the debit does not go off because i canceled and its month to month, so how the **** do you still take the money off but i do not have the equipment,and canceled inshop and on the app, your service is **** promises and quick to get the sale but customer service is non existent,lady told us today someone will phone regarding the reversal of the money,and i am still waiting this is unacceptable,now it will cost me extra time and fuel to go back to the shop tomorrow,because of *********** people!!! That debit needs to be reversed back as soon as possible no excuses,otherwise i will escalate,this service is really unacceptable!
