Rain deactivation/Cancellation doesnt work

I started using Rain in the year 2020 and I was told it is not a contract sim and if I dont pay I wont be able to use the sim. I tried cancelling the sim but it never happened the last time I used Rain was in October 2021. And I've been trying to cancel from March 2021.

2years later am receiving emails and getting calls that I owe Rain from 30 NOV 2021 - 31 DEC 2022

This is not on Rain. I couldnt even qualify for a loan. me always paying for the sim had Zero impact on my credit score now you guys are threatning me with legal action theres a lot more other people complaining about Rain
