Rain de-rain-ged

I've used Rain years ago and it was great until it switched to 5G and I had to cancel as they were not yet ready for load shedding.

I just ordered Rain on 12 December. On 17 Dec , I followed up on how far delivery was as the site does not give clear info on this and was told it was on route. I followed up yesterday and was told it was cancelled on 12 Dec (human conversations). The AI chat kept promising interaction and feedback, nothing materialized. It is not even tied into the details of the order number. Now, eventually speaking to a human, I was told Finance (who can not be contacted) will get hold of me some time to confirm refund and then I need to wait 7 - 10 days for that. They've 'upgraded' to AI and I guess cheap labor and nothing is working. Strongly recommend avoiding them. I don't even want to imagine what trouble shooting issues on connectivity would be like.
