Rain

Good day we got our router from Rain after they promised us that the service is good in our area. From the beginning we had a problem with the wifi reception I cancelled last month. On the 29 th of November and they debited my account even if I am not using the router it is in the box packed away But I have not had any feed back from them regarding the collection I need this router to be collection before the end of the month. Really really bad service
