Rain daylight robery I still want my refund settled

Activated my SIM last month, my SIM didnt have network at all we tried everything withing 3days I canceled so as to get a refund not knowing its daylight robery, you call u send emails no one helps you, when u talk to them they act as if they will help u but nothing, I wouldn't go back to them in future poor service, I want my 479 that I paid and I didn't use their services
