RAIN DAY-LIGHT *******!DONT BUY RAIN. YOU BEEN WARNED!

I have signed up for 5G as soon as I signed up Rain charged me R479 for a full month. After I have tested the only a couple of days I have cancelled because of horrible speed experience. It is not 5G , it was like 56K old school dial-up modem speeds what I got. 5G service cancellation does not work like 4G and they took their time to cancel my account. They notified me that they will cancel my account end of December 2020 which I have paid in advance. Rain charged me another R200 in a total of R679 for only less than 10 days. I asked them refund and they just ignored. I have sent numerous email. No reply! When I asked them to give the case number that I would like to escalate to ICASA they just ignored me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY RAIN, IT IS A ****************. ONCE YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD THEY JUST DEBIT WHATEVER AMOUNT THEY WANT. IF YOU ARE POWERFULL TO FIGHT YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I m just thinking now. How many people are got **********? What a shame!
