Rain - Day Light *******

In 2020 I used RAIN with a pay as you use , meaning month on month usage , which was fair and sounded great COVID 2021 I stopped using RAIN , with knowledge as I had a pay as you use month on month , I stopped using RAIN June 2023 I received a call from Eston Barry Attorney , I have been handed over for non payment to my RAIN account RAIN has never called or sent me an email to advise that I have a balance outstanding When i spoke to the agent from the lawyers , I asked how is it possible since i had a pay as you use SIM , I was advised by the agent , he will request RAIN to call me I paid R274, since i did not want any record listed on my ITC I phoned rain asking what I am i paying for , the agent advised that she can see the billing , but has no answer why the billing department will call me back and I requested a cancellation as advised - NO return of call from rain Today 05/07/2023 I get an SMS to say I owe R71.00 , phoned RAIN to ask what is the R71.00 since i have not used RAIN for the past 2 and Half years The agent said she will ask the billing department to call me , no reason as to why I am been billing for something I am not using 😒 RAIN IS RIPPING US OFF, this a day light *******
