RAIN Data. Worst in every department, except sign-up!
I have been waiting since 4 June for someone to actually assist me with incorrect billing. Average speed I got during the day was 0.07Mbps. Online support, which has been removed, probably because they can't ever sort out the problem either, could not help with connectivity. Got 7 days 'free' in March, which I got charged for R479. Worst experience ever! It's June and I still can't close off any ties with RAIN!
