i have bought there sim and was trying to connect following their coverage info on their website . I could not find any signal . the only way to communicate is via internet support link . after various attempts I must conclude that the support offered is of no value I took the modem to IT specialist in Mosselbay to check the settings and it was correct The RAIN coverage info for Diaz Beach Mosselbay on their web dashboard is false and the support is questonable Noluthando Mlokoti (rain Customer Support) [***]
