Rain data services is a ****
Rain service is ***********. On the 26/04/2023 I Made EFT payment because I was debited on the 25/04/2023 and I had no funds available. Now on the 02/05/2023 they debited my account while I made payments on the 26/04/2023. The call centre agent said that I was behind with payment. Is rain service a prepaid or what? I believe that if you don't pay they cut off their service. So how can you be behind with payments? They don't want to refund me for an unauthorised debit order. Rain is a **** and I would advise people not to sign up with them.

AN ARRANGEMENT IS FOR THE 25TH OF EVERY MONTH AND TODAY IS THE 2ND. I HAVE NEVER USED YOUR SERVISES IF I DID NOT PAY. IMMEDIATELY YOU CUT OFF THE SERVICE. THIS IS DAY LIGHT ROBERRY
