Rain Data Service Provider - Bad Service

I wish the star ratings can go into the negative...it that bad.

I have all the facts, so my review is not based on "feeling" or a grudge. Average turnaround time - 2 to 3 months and indefinite. Consultants are not rained to handle technical questions. The speed is reduced from 3Mbps to 0.1. If you deactivate your sim, you have to buy a new one. The emails and responses are system generated so you are put in a constant "loop" with no answer. Activating your sim is also a mission.

Ps. and this during lock-down, most inconvenient.
