Rain data service is ****!

Rain Internet Services are *****! They say its monrh to month mean while they will always try to debit even when you dont want their service for the month.

When they advised it they said if you don't want internet connection for that month simply don't pay and you internet services will be suspended for that month. When you want your internet connection to be activated make payment and you will be connected.

Reading their terms and conditions this morning it simply says money will be deducted from your account until you cancel their services.

The second lie they told me was should I not need their services for that month, when I pay R699 the following month i will be reconnected and resume using their services. Only two find out that the money accumulated when you do not pay.

At this moment I would like rain to cancel their services completely and stop debiting my account.
