Rain data network provider is a true waste of time and **********

I purchased the unlimited Sim and before doing so I checked for network coverage which showed full 4G coverage in my area and all around. I received Sim on 2020/04/22 and activated the Sim and had to pay a full month before activation. Once done there is extremely weak signal and most time no reception at all.

It was after 7hours of activation and I failed to get this to work and decided to call customer service, unfortunately the only way we can is by leaving an online message with details and they call you back..... Well if they ever do.

It's been one an half days gone and no reply or response from anyone. If you do email they *** you get an automated response to log online.... Which you never get any help or reply.

Now in my 3rd day and I decided to cancel the Sim and not to my surprise this option does not work as well.

This network is a *********, you shown online that everything works, they seem as if they have very good online support, they take your money when you activate and thereafter you sit with a Sim card which you paying for and cannot cancel or get any feedback from Rain.
