Rain data is the worst !!

Rain network is far by the worst ever. Its been 4 days i have no service you pay R479 for what exactly? When you cant use the dam thing. They never respond to callsand respond to emails a day later with no information they response in the email is "please provide us with your email adress". If you ask me rain is a big **** Abserloute frustration.
