Rain data is terrible and not true to the speed you suppose to get paying this price. I will never recommend rain data to anyone

I have had the worst experience with Rain data. I have logged numerous tickets explaining my issue with the connection. I am using my 5g Rain data package that is R530 a month. The speeds you get is consistently dropping speed. I have done everything that Rain suggested from reboot the tower to spending days repositioning the data tower but still low speeds. I have carried out speed tests and have photos of the tests to show people that rain data is not keeping true to their word and throttling people’s data speeds and charging what other data companies charge. I get ****bs upload speeds and around 3 to 10mb(if I’m lucky)download speed. And this is supposed to be 5g. I will not recommend rain to anyone and will glad share my experience so people can move to better network packages.
